Exchangebucket.com is an online community for builders and homeowners across the U.S. In order to make sure that we provide a welcoming atmosphere to our users, we require that all users abide by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms of this Agreement or to modify any features of this Service at any time. By registering for this Service and/or continuing to use this Service after the posting of Notices regarding such changes, you agree to be bound by such changes.

Use of Services by You

In order to access our Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself as part of the registration process for the Services, or as part of your continued use of the Services. Your passwords and account security

You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account password(s) used on this site. You also agree that you will be solely responsible to ExchangeBucket for all activities that occur under your account.

If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or account, you agree to notify ExchangeBucket immediately through our contact line.

You acknowledge and agree that ExchangeBucket owns all legal right, title and interest in and to it's Services. Also, unless you have a written agreement with ExchangeBucket, nothing in this Terms gives you a right to use any of ExchangeBucket' trade names, trade marks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.

If you have been given right to use any of any of these brand features through written agreement from ExchangeBucket, then you agree that your use of such features shall be in compliance with that agreement.

Agree To Editing

By posting messages, submitting entries, or engaging in any other form of communication through this Service, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, unrestricted, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, enhance, transmit, distribute, publicly display, or remove any such communication from or through exchangebucket.com.

Registering as a user on exchangebucket.com constitutes acceptance of this site's policies and agreement to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the site.

ExchangeBucket is not responsible for entries and comments posted on this site by its users.

ExchangeBucket reserves the right to refuse publication of any entry or comment, for any reason.

ExchangeBucket reserves the right to ban or suspend any user at any time, with or without warning, for activities that put the site at risk, or restrict access to a user's account in the case that they break these Terms and Conditions.

Ending your Relationship with ExchangeBucket

The Terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or ExchangeBucket as set out below.

If you want to terminate your legal agreement with ExchangeBucket, you may do so by notifying ExchangeBucket at any time and closing your accounts.

ExchangeBucket may at any time, terminate its legal agreement with you if:

(B) ExchangeBucket is required to do so by law; or

(C) ExchangeBucket decides to no longer offer or provide the Services to users in the country in which you are resident or from which you use the service.
